To ensure that only authorized vehicles can park on your property, we offer a permit parking system. This system is managed in collaboration with your resident manager, management company, and security firm, if applicable. We supply parking permits at no cost to you or your residents, effectively overseeing the permit system to prevent unauthorized parking.
Additionally, we provide property owners with parking restriction signs and the necessary paperwork for enforcing these rules, all at no charge. Basic signs are supplied for free, while custom signs, parking permits, and violation/warning stickers are available for a nominal fee. It’s important to display these signs clearly at all entrances and secondary locations as required by law. Towing of vehicles will commence only after your application has been approved by Bob Johnston Towing, and the parking signs have been visibly posted for at least 24 hours.
